Hi All,
This will hopefully be one of last emails to this “consensus” mailing list (maybe will send one more with link to article). But I need you to quickly and urgently check that your affiliations are all spelt out correct and your grants are all listed like you want them (note they do not want dashes (-) in these for whatever reason) before they start printing. For US, Canada, and Australia, they need state (or equivalent) also. For all others just city and country.
I paste these below (for the grants you can hopefully find yourselves by initials). Please let me know by Sunday evening if you need any changes (sorry for short notice- they take 2 months and want us to do in two days!).
Btw. our kind reviewers were Benjamin Eggleton, Kirill Larin and Fan Yang -- they chose to reveal themselves as is new journal thing -- so can thank them next time you bump into them 😊. Guess there wasn’t huge pool to choose from (I somehow expected at least one non-Brillouin/outsider person for context. Alas, suppose it’s all good and all’s well that ends well).
All the best and talk soon!
Kareem
