Software now compatible with TFP (beta)
Hi everyone, I’ve been developing a software to easily treat data for the a range of BLS spectrometers (for now the ar-BLS VIPA and since now the TFP in beta), it comes in the form of a GUI (see image attached) and allows you to treat data with minimal effort and 0 lines of code. Learning how to use the GUI is straightforward but there might be some tweaking around to have it work on your machines (in particular PCs), so if you are interested, we can look into that together :) The repository with the up-to-date code is at this link <https://github.com/bio-brillouin/HDF5_BLS/tree/main>. The trade offer is for you to have an easy and reliable way of storing and treating your data and for me to have an input on how well it works, raise awareness on bugs and see what functionalities you would like to have to make all the data processing easier for you to use/present.
