FW: [EXTERN] [Info] Location and date of BioBrillouin 2025 Meeting
by Kareem Elsayad June 9, 2025

June 9, 2025
Hi Pierre & Lucie, So date and loc of next meeting are (finally) fixed – you can add to upcoming newsletter 😊 All the best, Kareem From: Kareem Elsayad <kareem.elsayad(a)meduniwien.ac.at> Date: Saturday, 7. June 2025 at 02:05 To: <info(a)biobrillouin.org> Subject: [EXTERN] [Info] Location and date of BioBrillouin 2025 Meeting Dear All, It is our pleasure to announce the new location and dates of the BioBrillouin 2025 Meeting (previously scheduled in Boston). Together with the support of a hastily assembled Scientific Organizing Committee, Jochen Guck and his team will host the next meeting at… the official Conference Venue of the Max Planck Society – Harnack House, near Berlin, Germany (https://www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/en) on the 25-27th November 2025. Please save the date! This is a beautiful conference center and grounds with excellent provided catering and facilities (making organizing on a shorter timeline manageable). It has hosted some important meetings attended by many Nobel Laureates over the years (see website), so I guess if it was good enough for them... It is near the bustling and easy to get/fly to Berlin, Germany, and there will be social events in the city organized as part of the program. I think on short notice it provides the perfect venue for us to still get together this year and share results, ideas and stories in a comfortable and stress free setting. We hope many of you can manage to attend! What is next? Further details on abstract submission, program and registration will follow asap (in the next week or two). Any urgent queries can be directed to SOC25(a)BioBrillouin.org. Emails to potentially interested sponsors will also be sent out in the coming week or two, but if you would already like to express interest in sponsoring the event please reach out to the above email address, or encourage any potentially interested parties to do so. All the best, On behalf of the Scientific Organizing Committee of BioBrillouin 2025: Jochen Guck (MPI Erlangen) Stephanie Möllmert (MPI Erlangen) Robert Prevedel (EMBL, Heidelberg) Francesca Palombo (Exeter University) Michael Monaghan (Trinity College, Dublin) Thorsten Hamann (Trondheim University) Kareem Elsayad (Medical University of Vienna) _______________________________________________ Info mailing list -- info(a)biobrillouin.org To unsubscribe send an email to info-leave(a)biobrillouin.org
