Splitting the invoices should be no problem. Just let us know exactly how you want the split and who they should be made out to. We plan on issuing sponsor invoices this week still.

 

We discussed with Organizing committee the potential of sponsoring a best poster or talk prize(s). It was decided that a sum of 600 EUR would be suitable. Exactly how and if the prizes will be split will need to be discussed still with the Scientific Committee (e.g. 3 x 200, 2x300, 1x600). Would something like this be of interest?

On badges: could you please clarify if you mean additional exhibitor passes or standard participant registrations?

I’ve cc’d Kareem, who can advise on splitting the participation invoice with IIT and outline the available sponsorship packages (travel grants, fee waivers, poster prizes, coffee break, lanyards, etc.).
