I put together a website for the meeting; of course if you have something already or a better alternative please go ahead. It didn’t take much time and it is a rough draft. Jochen, Stephanie and Kareem will have received notifications from squarespace where you have been added as an editor. The page is not live as it requires a subscription. I have created an abstract template and submission form if its useful.
