I am pleased to share the details regarding the sponsor exhibition setup at the Harnack House: Desk & Seating: Each individual banquet desk measures 120 cm × 60 cm (height 75.5 cm). As a Platinum sponsor, you will receive two banquet desks (combined as one large desk) and four chairs. Power Supply: Each booth will be provided with an extension cord (three outlets). The sockets will be installed by the venue’s technical staff. Screens: Screens are not provided at sponsor booths. However, there are monitors in the lobby and outside the rooms where images or logos from all sponsors will be displayed. Additional equipment may be rented via the venue’s media team (awaiting response). Backlit Walls & Structures: Backlit walls are permitted. Displays can be positioned at the columns. The Planck Lobby (where we currently plan the sponsor exhibition; floor plan attached) can also accommodate up to 10 pinboards to be shared among all sponsors. As the building is a listed historic site, attaching materials to walls, doors, or columns is not permitted. Pinboards: inner display area 116.5 × 144 cm; overall height 196 cm; overall width 126.5 cm; base width 63 cm. Connectivity: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available (Network: HH-Guest, Password: Curium.96). Logistics: Small deliveries can be made via the main or side entrance, depending on size. Exact delivery and pick-up times, along with details of items, will need to be confirmed in advance. I am currently negotiating a suitable delivery window with the venue; it may be possible to deliver the evening before. Please note that on-site storage is not available; items must either be taken back or stored on the parking lot. Locations: The talks and scientific program will take place in the Goethe Hall (https://www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/meetings/rooms/goethe-hall), the Poster exhibition is planned in the Meitner Hall (https://www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/meetings/rooms/meitner-hall), and the Sponsor exhibition is currently planned in the Planck Lobby (https://www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/meetings/rooms/planck-lobby).
