We can go ahead and issue the invoice. Before doing so we want to check if you have any specific wording requirements for the invoice and who it should be made out to and sent to.

We would, as default, list the purpose as “Silver Sponsorship for 9th International BioBrillouin Conference 2025” (unless you have other specific requests on wording).

Once the invoice is paid you will have up to 2 registrations included as part of the Silver Sponsorship package, and we request that you provide the names of the persons to be attending so we can prepare the badges.

Could you also send us an image of the company logo as you would like it to appear on the website and program at your earliest convenience (high quality png or tiff is fine).

As part of the Silver Sponsor package (see below and on website) you also have the option of having a standard exhibition desk. Please let me know if you will be needing this and any information you would like to know in advance (dimensions, where to send stuff, etc.)
