Yes, we decided should go with your suggestion as it would be most straight forward and in the end cost would not be too much extra (in grand scheme). How best to proceed – would you be able to take care of this? Guess we would only really need to have up until date of conference (i.e. until Dec) – so if one can only have for 6 months would suffice.
