Dear Tzvétélina, Apologies for delay. The bottleneck appears to be our finance dept. While we are putting pressure on them to be more efficient, they generally state that it can take up to 3 weeks for payments to be assigned to sub-accounts. We are dealing with a huge administrative machine (that basically manages costs also for one of Europe’s largest hospitals) with hundreds of sub-accounts. As soon as the payment appears in our account, we will be sure to immediately issue a receipt and send you.
