Dear Mr. Brubacher,

First of all, thank you very much for supporting the 9th International BioBrillouin Conference 2025! We’re delighted to have you on board and look forward to welcoming you to Berlin soon.
Below you’ll find key information regarding your sponsor space and logistics for the event. A detailed floor plan will follow in the next few days.

1. Event & Setup Schedule

Access to the exhibition areas begins Monday, 24 November 2025 at 17:30.
You can find the current conference program here

2. Deliveries

In case you need to ship material beforehand, please use the standard address of the Harnack House for any deliveries:

Harnack-Haus Tagungsstätte der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft
Attn: BioBrillouin Conference 2025 – Booking No. 10395
Ihnestr. 16–20
14195 Berlin
Germany
Please ensure that all shipments are clearly labeled with the booking number 10395 so they can be allocated to our event.
Deliveries should arrive shortly before the event, as storage space is very limited.

3. Exhibition desk setup

Platinum and Gold Sponsors: two banquet desks (each 120 × 60 cm, height 75.5 cm) and four chairs.
Silver Sponsors: one banquet desk and two chairs.
The final arrangement will be coordinated by the Harnack House staff and communicated by me as soon as I receive this information.
Power Supply: Each exhibition space will be equipped with an extension cord (three outlets), installed by the venue’s technical team.
Backlit Walls & Displays: Backlit displays are permitted. However, as the building is a listed historic site, attaching materials to walls, doors, or columns is not allowed.

4. Connectivity

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue:
Network: HH-Guest
Password: Curium.96

5. Locations

Talks: Goethe Hall
Sponsor exhibition, poster exhibition, and coffee breaks: Planck Lobby and Wintergarten Hall.

To help us coordinate catering and logistics, could you please let us know how many representatives from your company will attend on site?
We truly appreciate your partnership and contribution to this year's BioBrillouin Conference. Your support helps make this event possible, and we’re very much looking forward to an inspiring and successful meeting together.

Warm regards,
Stephanie
