  1. Project booth branding

    • Is it okay to switch all booth visuals to IVBM4PAP (EU project logo/acknowledgments)?

    • Can we split the participation invoice with the IIT? 

  2. Badges & logistics

    • Can we add additional badges? 

  3. Sponsorship opportunities for young researchers

    • Which sponsorship packages are still available (travel grants, fee waivers, poster prizes, coffee break, lanyards, etc.)?

The Harnack House has reserved the Goethe Hall (https://www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/meetings/rooms/goethe-hall) and the Planck Lobby (https://www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/meetings/rooms/planck-lobby) for our event. The Goethe Hall will host the conference talks, while the Planck Lobby will serve as the main gathering space for coffee breaks and as the exhibition area for sponsor desks. The Harnack House will provide desks, chairs, and power sockets in that area.

Could you please let me know if you will require space for an (illuminated) backdrop or any similar installations? If so, I’ll coordinate these details with the Harnack House in advance.
