Hi Kareem, Apologies for another email on this, I'm sure you are incredibly busy right now with the conference just around the corner, but I noticed the title still hasn't been updated on the site. I don't mean to be a bother, I just want to make sure I don't get introduced for the wrong talk! Is it changed internally/on other documentation and just not updated externally? Thanks for all your help on this. We’ll go ahead and change the title then for talk and have other one listed as poster (once those are all compiled). I submitted the Ultra Compact one and my supervisor submitted the Multi-Pass one; I received notification of oral presentation and he for a poster (of which I was going to present both), so I assumed the Ultra Compact one was selected for an oral presentation. If you would be open to it, I would prefer to present orally the Ultra Compact one if possible! I was planning on presenting the Multi-Pass as a poster as well. Thank you for your help on this! We appear to have two separate abstracts where you are listed as presenter (it is presumed that the underlined person is the presenter). I attach for you the one where we took the title from. The second abstract was I believe submitted post talk deadline and hence was not considered for talk. However it is also fine with us if you present topic of second abstract in your talk and have poster for first. We can thus change the title of your talk on the website if this is preferred. Will you still present the other (attached) abstract as a poster? All the best, Kareem From: Julian Nicolai <JulianNicolai@cmail.carleton.ca> Date: Monday, 27. Just wanted to ask if it could be corrected! Thank you!
