we need chairs for the sessions and think it would be best if we do it among us organizers. Here a quick suggestion - let us know if you can/want or don’t want to do any of those:

Day 1:
Jochen Guck Session - KE or SM, 
Theory 1 - KE, 
Theory 2 - FP, 
Tech 1 - RP, 

Day 2: 
Cells - RP, 
Medical - FP or SM, 
SBS - RP or KE, 
Industry - TH, 

Day 3:
Elastography - KE/FP, 
Plants - TH, 
Hot&Emerging - RP/KE/FP

Also, for the Keynote speakers and those of the invited that are new to the community, I think it’d be nice to give a short intro - what do you think? I can certainly do Nicoletta who I invited, who is doing the others?

  1. We need to provide people with pins for poster walls. For this we ideally should see poster walls first to see what suitable.
We have ~30 posters, so would get 300 pins just incase. Prob easiest for someone travelling by train (vs. plane) to take care of. Keep receipts will be refunded (preferably pay cash). I would imagine Harnack takes care of but you never know. (Robert or Kareem or Stephanie)
 
  1. Numbers on poster walls (from start of meeting) so people know where to hang posters. Can write per hand or print. Numbers are all listed here: https://www.biobrillouin25.com/program. The “numbers” should be S1P1-S1P11, S2P1-S2P9, S3P1-S3P7
I would in each case prepare a few more incase (up to S1P13, S2P11 and S3P9). A piece of paper with this number should be stuck on each poster wall with 4+ pins. Ideally same person as (1) can be responsible for. Would propose to keep posters of same category together i.e. S1, S2 and S3 posters clustered, aside from that no criteria.   1. Registration desk. It is not clear if Harnack will provide staff for this. I think they will, but if not we need to have backup (someone available for late comers). (All)
 
  1. Poster Prize & Jochen Guck Prize. Can someone prepare and print a template for award certificate. Should just look as official as possible. Name added on Wed by hand. Printed on nice paper/card. (Francesca or Michael or Thorsten or Stephanie..)
 
 
I am flying out tomorrow (Mon) morning around 11, and will be at Harnack probably around 5-6pm tomorrow (I have to give some seminar at Charite first). Whoever is available to meet there then would be great. I also asked students/postdocs (Jennifer & Pierre) from my lab to stop by who can help (think they are flying out later in afternoon and be at Harnack ~6pm) -please invite persons from your lab to also stop by then to help if in town.
