The bottleneck appears to be our finance dept. While we are putting pressure on them to be more efficient, they generally state that it can take up to 3 weeks for payments to be assigned to sub-accounts. We are dealing with a huge administrative machine (that basically manages costs also for one of Europe’s largest hospitals) with hundreds of sub-accounts. As soon as the payment appears in our account, we will be sure to immediately issue a receipt and send you.
