We are now reaching final stages of planning so participation would be good to make sure we didn’t oversee anything. Some info… -I have put the list (titles and presenters) of posters online.. i.e. the ones I have access to so far. (https://www.biobrillouin25.com/program) @Michael: were there any more submissions? -We have an income from attendees at moment of 16.8k, so this is good, but we should hopefully get more. -I will send reminders out to all tomorrow to remember to register, so hopefully that might push more. Please also advertise among your circles of influence as much as you can (people can submit posters until 10th Nov and register until then). Will also get Caterina to post again on soc media – if you are into that please repost/forward/share/etc. -We need to provide venue with number of participants beginning of next week -so that will be topic to discuss (in addition to poster hall, beverages during poster session, etc.) - Hotels. Where is everyone planning to stay? My last real experience with Berlin (where I wasn’t blindly chauffeured around) was more than a decade ago. We should all try stay close to each other 😊.
