Dear Kareem, Thank you for this perfect organisation and I am sure that this meeting will be very successful! I am organising my trip and I am thinking about joining Berlin by train, to alleviate my carbon footprint. As a retired person, I have more time to spend in public transportations! Another consequence of my retired status is that I have no more professional travel budget and I have to use my personal savings for this trip. I do it with pleasure, but I wanted to see if it is possible to waive the registration fee for me. On my side I shall join the meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday only, skipping the Thursday sessions, to make my hotel bill lighter. Let me know what is possible and the procedure for registering in this case.
