Would it be possible to create official invitation letters / letter templates, maybe ideally on Max Planck Soc letterheard and signed (atleast digitally) by e.g. Director – i.e. Jochen– to make look as fancy/official as humanly possible 😊. Have no idea how formal/official these things need to be (anyone else have any idea?), but figured might as well overdo if not much extra effort. I asked them for names and any other info they would like included for those that will attend, and will forward that to you as soon as I get. There will be two of them (they decided to go for Silver sponsorship). I imagine there will also be other regular attendees that will need such letters (especially from China).. so maybe having a template handy where can copy paste names/info into might be useful.
