Dear Laura, Thank you for your follow-up. I am pleased to share the details regarding the sponsor exhibition setup at the Harnack House: _Desk & Seating:_ Each individual banquet desk measures 120 cm × 60 cm (height 75.5 cm). As a Platinum sponsor, you will receive two banquet desks (combined as one large desk) and four chairs. _Power Supply_: Each booth will be provided with an extension cord (three outlets). The sockets will be installed by the venue’s technical staff. _Screens_: Screens are not provided at sponsor booths. However, there are monitors in the lobby and outside the rooms where images or logos from all sponsors will be displayed. Additional equipment may be rented via the venue’s media team (awaiting response). _ _ _Backlit Walls & Structures:_ Backlit walls are permitted. Displays can be positioned at the columns. The Planck Lobby (where we currently plan the sponsor exhibition; floor plan attached) can also accommodate up to 10 pinboards to be shared among all sponsors. As the building is a listed historic site, attaching materials to walls, doors, or columns is not permitted. Pinboards: inner display area 116.5 × 144 cm; overall height 196 cm; overall width 126.5 cm; base width 63 cm. _ _ _Connectivity:_ Complimentary Wi-Fi is available (Network: /HH-Guest/, Password: /Curium.96/). _ _ _Logistics:_ Small deliveries can be made via the main or side entrance, depending on size. Dear Laura, Yes, the overall height of the lobby is 4.76 m. At the moment, I unfortunately do not have information on the exact square meters that will be assigned to your booth. The staff at the Harnack House have assured us that booth sizes will be allocated according to the sponsor package, but they also need to comply with fire safety regulations. For this reason, the precise booth dimensions, position, and distances to neighboring stands will likely only be confirmed shortly before the event. I myself have not yet seen the lobby in person, but I will inquire whether it is possible to receive recent photos and, if available, a floor plan showing the planned booth arrangement.
