Once we have all abstracts we’ll need to put together a program with the other organizers. Please go ahead and submit your abstract (Carlo also put one in), and later we can decide whether you both speak together or separately, round table vs. demo vs. ’normal presentation’. @Kareem, what do you think? I believe the easiest to fit in the program is a standard presentation that we can call “Round table” so a 15 minute format. If you are OK with it, the best way to prepare for it would be to list the steps for using the apps with screen captures of results so we are sure we all get same result, and then decide on one computer with everything on it and that works well we could use for the presentation.
