Dear all,

we put together an outline of the paper here (I added it to a google doc I shared with you some time ago).

We outlined the main content and the work division. We can use this as a basis for discussion tomorrow. I think it is important that we reach an agreement on this in tomorrow's meeting, so that we can start with the actual writing.
