Dear Luca, Following up on Stephanie’s email. Splitting the invoices should be no problem. Just let us know exactly how you want the split and who they should be made out to. We plan on issuing sponsor invoices this week still. We discussed with Organizing committee the potential of sponsoring a best poster or talk prize(s). It was decided that a sum of 600 EUR would be suitable. Exactly how and if the prizes will be split will need to be discussed still with the Scientific Committee (e.g. 3 x 200, 2x300, 1x600). Would something like this be of interest? I would propose that we say that extra badges should register as normal attendees and pay regular registration (to be fair to all other registering persons and companies that chose different sponsorship packages). Also they get quite a lot for this (two dinners, lunches on all days, coffee breaks and ofcourse the full conference) – so its not a crazy price to pay at all. We also need all the income we can (if they donate to poster prize instead, while nice, it will not help our budget).
