I will talk to finance department to see if there is any way out of this (since event isn’t even by us, and we will not ask university here to print anything for us!), but should be prepared if there is not (in the end this will amount to costing us ~700 EUR)… One option might be charging this additionally to the companies (and listing as processing/promotional fees) but not sure worth it.
