See below (and attached). While great he found replacement, this talk no longer fits session theme. Could maybe switch him with Birgit Stiller (i.e. have Birgit in place of Georg and this new speaker in tech session)- what are your thoughts? (timewise would be no issue as both 30min, would just need to check with Birgit if she minds) --- Betreff: Re: [Invited-biobrillouin25] BioBrillouin 2025 program is online! / registration information Datum: 2025-10-22 09:57 Von: Georg Fytas <fytas@mpip-mainz.mpg.de <mailto:fytas@mpip-mainz.mpg.de>> An: Kareem Elsayad <kareem.elsayad@meduniwien.ac.at <mailto:kareem.elsayad@meduniwien.ac.at>> Dear Kareem Thank you very much sending the program of BioBrillouin Unfortunately, due to unexpected duties end of November, I"ll be not able to come to Berlin. Dear Invited Speakers,
Thank you for taking the time to present your work at the 9th Annual BioBrillouin Meeting in Berlin!
Program:
The schedule for your and other talks is now online and can be found at:
https://www.biobrillouin25.com/program <https://www.biobrillouin25.com/program>
Please check the times of your talk and make suitable arrangements to be present at these times.
Note: a detailed program with titles of presentations etc., also of the posters, will be made available in the coming weeks (you will be informed as soon as available). In the next week there may still be small changes to the program for diverse reasons, of which we will notify you immediately.
Presentation details:
The length of all invited talks are 25min + 5min Q&A.
We do not ask speakers to upload talks in advance - although this is an option. If you wish to please send a link from where we can download your talk or a wetransfer (https://wetransfer.com <https://wetransfer.com>) link to soc25@biobrillouin.org <mailto:soc25@biobrillouin.org> and we will have it ready on one of our computers for you. If you send please do so more than 48 hrs before your presentation. We will send you confirmation if we received (if you do not receive confirmation assume we did not receive).
If you want to present on your own PC/Mac, please make sure you have HDMI connection (or suitable adapter with HDMI output), and stop by the podium at one of the coffee/lunch breaks prior to your talk, i.e. immediately after a previous session, to test/make sure all works. We recommend you have a backup of your presentation (also in PDF format) handy on a USB stick just in case we encounter any problems.
Registration:
We would like to kindly remind you that if you have not yet registered, please do so via the link on the website:

Hi Kareem, hi all, I think we already have an overfull program, so if there’s a cancellation we shouldn’t necessarily fill it and reshuffle the whole program. Having a bit of breathing room might be better in the end! If this is a late abstract, it should go to posters, it would be only fair with respect to everyone else who applied.
