For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. Regarding also having additional industry talk that is not included in the chosen sponsorship package, I will need to quickly clear this with committee as also need to make sure other sponsors who e.g. chose platinum sponsorship do not feel short-changed. For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. Regarding also having additional industry talk that is not included in the chosen sponsorship package, I will need to quickly clear this with committee as also need to make sure other sponsors who e.g. chose platinum sponsorship do not feel short-changed. For just the two extra badges we would generally recommend that they register as normal attendees. The reason being that rental of venue, food (lunch/dinner – provided free at conference as part of package) etc. which is not so cheap is paid by us on a per head basis, and our finances are calculated accordingly. So while we personally don’t have issue with letting two extra people in, this affects our total cost. Regarding also having additional industry talk that is not included in the chosen sponsorship package, I will need to quickly clear this with committee as also need to make sure other sponsors who e.g. chose platinum sponsorship do not feel short-changed.
