Another consequence of my retired status is that I have no more professional travel budget and I have to use my personal savings for this trip. I do it with pleasure, but I wanted to see if it is possible to waive the registration fee for me. On my side I shall join the meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday only, skipping the Thursday sessions, to make my hotel bill lighter. I am pleased to share the details regarding the sponsor exhibition setup at the Harnack House: _Desk & Seating:_ Each individual banquet desk measures 120 cm × 60 cm (height 75.5 cm). As a Platinum sponsor, you will receive two banquet desks (combined as one large desk) and four chairs. _Power Supply_: Each booth will be provided with an extension cord (three outlets). The sockets will be installed by the venue’s technical staff. _Screens_: Screens are not provided at sponsor booths. However, there are monitors in the lobby and outside the rooms where images or logos from all sponsors will be displayed. Additional equipment may be rented via the venue’s media team (awaiting response). _ _ _Backlit Walls & Structures:_ Backlit walls are permitted. Displays can be positioned at the columns. The Planck Lobby (where we currently plan the sponsor exhibition; floor plan attached) can also accommodate up to 10 pinboards to be shared among all sponsors. As the building is a listed historic site, attaching materials to walls, doors, or columns is not permitted. Pinboards: inner display area 116.5 × 144 cm; overall height 196 cm; overall width 126.5 cm; base width 63 cm. _ _ _Connectivity:_ Complimentary Wi-Fi is available (Network: /HH-Guest/, Password: /Curium.96/). _ _ _Logistics:_ Small deliveries can be made via the main or side entrance, depending on size. Pins gibt es dann inklusive dazu. Dadurch, dass es ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude ist ist bekleben von Wänden, Türen und Säulen leider nicht möglich. Wir haben Bildschirme vor den Räumen im Format 16:9 um Bilddateien einzuspielen. Zusätzlich haben wir hinter der Rezeption und Lobby Bildschirme um dort Logos zu zeigen. Weitere notwendige Technik in den Räumen muss über unsere Medientechnik erworben werden. Hierfür müssen Sie dann nur den Laptop anschließen und nach ein paar Sekunden erscheint das Bild. Für weitere technische Fragen kontaktieren Sie bitte unsere Medientechnik. Wir können grundsätzlich Strom verlegen. Das ist durch eine 3-Fach Steckdose möglich. Allerdings berechnen wir hier 50,00 EUR für einen Ausstellerstand mit Stromversorgung. Die Steckdosen werden dann von unserer Haustechnik ordnungsgemäß verlegt. Die Nutzung unseres Wlan-Netzwerks ist kostenlos möglich. Hierfür ist der Zugang HH-Guest und das PW Curium.96 Anlieferung erfolgt bei uns bei kleinen Dingen über den Haupteingang oder über unseren Seiteneingang. Das hängt dabei immer von der Größe der Lieferung ab. Hierfür benötigen wir immer die genauen An und Abholungszeiten und im besten Fall, was genau geliefert wird. Eine Zwischenlagerung ist zurzeit nicht mehr möglich, da unser großer Lagerraum unserer Medientechnik weichen musste. Somit sollten Dinge zum Zwischenlagern wieder mitgenommen werden oder auf unserem Parkplatz gelagert.
